Quasar Expeditions

I don't even know where to begin when telling people almost my fourth dimension downwards in Patagonia. It was a surreal experience. I didn't fifty-fifty feel like I was on earth! The beauty that surrounds that entire region is not to exist missed and should be added to your bucket list immediately!! 🙂

If I were planning my honeymoon all over once more… this would absolutely be the destination of choice. Betwixt the hotels, food, sights and excursions, there actually isn't anything more than that you could ask for! While downward in the Patagonia region, we hooked upward with Quasar Expeditions to prove u.s.a. around.

Torres del Paine National Park - Quasar Expeditions

Recall how obsessed I was with my trip to Alaska and all the people that helped brand that boggling – well multiply that by 100 and y'all've got the experience that Quasar Expeditions gives y'all.

Quasar Expeditions teamed up with Jeep® to give yous a one time in a lifetime excursion.  Rather than sit down on a bus with a agglomeration of strangers, Quasar takes you lot out in super fab Jeeps that you share with your friends and family unit. You tin can pick from one of three options when you travel with Quasar! You tin can go with a tour leader/driver, yous can become with a tour leader but you are the commuter, or you can go totally by yourself and use the self-guided option installed in your Jeep. Nosotros did a mish-mash of 1 and two because sometimes one of us wanted to bulldoze, and other times we let the tour guides drive! Too, in that location'south azero tolerance police in Chile which means even if you have the smallest sip of a Pisco Sour at lunch, y'all're not allowed to drive.

Each day we hopped in our Jeep® and hit the route. One of the best parts virtually Quasar is that you get to customize your trip – then while we knew we wanted to see specific sites, if we came beyond a herd of baby sheep, we could pull over and get out to run across them. And trust me, that happened a lot. Lambs are quite possibly the cutest things in the entire world, and I am obsessed.

We spent each 24-hour interval in and effectually the Torres del Paine National Park and explored dissimilar areas like Lago Nordernskjold, Salto Grande, Glaciar Grayness and other overlooks, lakes, waterfalls and beautiful vistas.

When you practice a full Quasar Expedition, you stay at a unlike luxury hotel each night to ensure that you go to spend equally much time exploring the park as possible! It's basically like super posh hotel hopping each night with world rocking views during the day. Now you lot tin can see why I'm so obsessed!

Too, I can't forget to mention that this whole experience is 100% carbon costless so you lot leave no trace and don't harm any of the natural environment or animals. Huge thank you goes out to everyone at Quasar, especially Johnny, Bea and Carlitos for making my time there and so incredibly magical. And become prepare for when I return – because I'm bringing the hubby and my parents! I'm officially hooked on Patagonia and all of Republic of chile!

For anyone wanting to visit Patagonia, I tin't recommend Quasar highly enough. They were impeccable. AND they also offering tours through the Galapagos. Which means Galapagos 2014 is totally going on the to-do list!
